We visit your current office to understand what is and is not working. We learn about your business, your culture and your journey. We establish a budget, timeline, suitable locations and types of spaces. Together we get an idea of the kind of space needed.
We go out and find suitable blank canvas spaces capable of being transformed into your ideal workplace and in locations that work for your team. We prepare a shortlist and arrange tours. When one is chosen, we finalise the contract and start the design phase.
We prepare plans, sketches and 3d renders to help you visualise the space. Choose from a catalogue of furniture, branding, IT & other services & amenities available. We ensure that timeline and budgetary restrictions are front of mind when finalising the design brief.
Once design brief is signed off, we commence work. Furniture is ordered and installed. IT, branding and meeting roos built. We work with the best contractors in the game, and ensure the space is finished on time and in budget. We keep you posted all along the way.
Moving is no fun. Thankfully we know the best movers (not shakers) in the game. We ensure a smooth onboarding for your team. We help each member to get accustomed to their new environment. Often we’ll throw a well deserved party to celebrate. (any excuse!)
Unlike other fit out companies, who at this point wave goodbye, our relationship with you is just beginning. At this point we become your workplace operating system - managing all aspects of your office including cleaning, maintenance, reconfiguration and issue resolution.
